How To See Your Doctor

Please telephone 0121 526 7151 to make an appointment. Urgent appointments are available each day after 9am, however you must contact the surgery to make an appointment. Urgent cases will be seen the same day but patients must be prepared to wait. If no appointment is available you may be offered a Nurse Triage appointment or a GP call back. You have a right to see any doctor or nurse of your choice subject to availability of appointments. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can use the appointment. You may also book GP appointments online, please see Patient Access.

If You Need To Speak To A Nurse

During surgery times the nurses are busy and may not be able to take your call, but if you leave your name and phone number they will be happy to call you back.
